The focus of the further development of SBK's digital applications is on the optimal user experience for all policyholders. To efficiently implement these complex requirements, experts from SBK and Telekom MMS work closely together on an equal footing.

Solution

High level of automation with maximum performance

Telekom MMS is tasked with supporting SBK as a consultant, translator, and caretaker for all end-user applications, including the development and further development as well as the operation of digital communication channels. After the initial contract in 2012, Telekom MMS initially took over hosting and operating the corporate website, followed by the relaunch of sbk.org. In addition, the experts from Telekom MMS developed and implemented target group portals and special applications for corporate and private customers, a mobile app, and the online branch office "Meine SBK". Today, SBK can digitally map a variety of business cases without implementation effort.

The multi-client platform provided by Telekom MMS is geared towards the greatest possible automation, with data protection and security, performance, and availability being the top priorities. Custom-entwickelte Release- und Deployment-Prozesse ermöglichen es, Anpassungen auf der Entwicklungsstufe dynamisch und iterativ zu veröffentlichen, was der SBK einen immensen Geschwindigkeitsvorteil verschafft.
