Requirements Central CRM for consistent sales processes
VALMIERA GLASS faced the challenge of replacing an isolated Salesforce CRM with a fully integrated solution that would fit seamlessly into the existing SAP system landscape. The goal was to eliminate media discontinuity, standardize processes, and create a central customer database.
The new platform was aimed to make all customer information consistent, transparent, and available at all times, increase efficiency in customer service, and enable better management of opportunities and sales activities.
At the same time, high user acceptance had to be ensured through early communication, interactive training, and feedback loops. Integration with other SAP modules such as SuccessFactors and S/4HANA was intended to create synergies and lay the foundation for further growth.
Solution Intelligent automation – with AI and SAP Sales Cloud V2
The fundament of this solution is the introduction of SAP Sales Cloud V2 and its seamless connection to the existing SAP S/4HANA system via the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
As the general contractor, Telekom MMS was responsible for the holistic implementation of the project – including conception and implementation to coordination of the project team, user training, and management of external partners.
The solution impresses with its high usability, improved performance, and compatibility with third-party systems. A consistent mobile-first approach and short loading times make day-to-day business noticeably easier. Out-of-the-box integration with SAP Digital Core enables a comprehensive 360-degree view of customers with real-time data.
A dynamic user interface that can be accessed from all channels ensures an improved user experience – both on desktop and mobile. Innovative extension options through SAP BTP and low-code/no-code development offer flexibility for future requirements.
Intelligent features such as guided selling and machine learning with AI help employees immediately access relevant information about a customer or process.
